When you buy from us online you can choose either to collect from the Gallery or for us to deliver to you. How we deliver will vary depending on where you live.
When you complete the checkout process you are presented with three options:
- Local Delivery
- Shipping by Post – within the UK and to the Rest of the World
- Click & Collect (Local Pickup)
Please be aware that a small number of items shown on our website are not able to be shipped due to their fragility or weight. In these cases you are able to opt for Local Delivery or Click & Collect only.
Local Delivery
If you live within 10 miles of the Gallery, we will deliver your purchase by hand to your preferred delivery address, usually within 3-4 days of your order. We will inform you when we are coming to your area, but if we cannot make a suitable delivery arrangement, we will deliver your goods via our free shipping service.
UK Shipping
If your delivery address is in the UK, you can choose UK Free Delivery, Standard Delivery or Express Delivery.
UK Free Delivery - dispatched via Royal Mail (Second Class) for smaller parcels or Parcel Force for larger packages. You will receive an email or text notification when your package has been dispatched.
UK Standard Delivery will usually be via Royal Mail (Second Class Signed For) or Parcel Force (Express 48). You will receive an email or text notification when your package has been dispatched, with a tracking number, and you should receive your purchase within 3-7 days of dispatch.
Our aim is to dispatch orders within 3 working days.
International Shipping
We are able to deliver to any location globally through established, reputable international shipping companies. We have shipped artwork to Europe, North America, Africa, Japan and Australasia with a 100% record of safe delivery. International shipping rates are provided at checkout, but please feel free to contact us for a quote for shipping rates to your overseas location.
Click & Collect (Local Pickup)
You can now Click & Collect any of the items for sale on the Cove Gallery website. At the checkout select the 'Pick up' tab, then 'Continue to Payment' and complete your payment details. We will then send you an email when your purchase is wrapped and ready for collection, usually within 48 hours. You will then be able to collect your purchase during normal Gallery trading hours.
If you would like contactless curb-side pick-up, please call the gallery ahead of your visit so that we can make arrangements.
Please bring your confirmation email with you as proof of purchase.
