Weymouth-based Dan Sandham is a self-taught ceramicist who produces modern hand thrown ceramics incorporating natural themes such as the power of the sea and the animals that live in it.
After competing in Season 7 of TV's The Great Pottery Throw Down - and finishing runner-up - he has been refining his skills as a studio potter and exploring how far thrown shapes can be taken.
Working in stoneware and porcelain he is constantly striving to throw the perfect pot!
